The form provides a term-by-term academic plan and is used to ensure all coursework needed for graduation is accounted for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upperclassmen should update the previous terms with completed course information and grades each fall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-completing-the-form\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the Form<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sections 1-6:<\/strong> Complete the demographic information and general degree requirements in Sections 1\u20136.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer Credits:<\/strong> The first Term section in the bottom-left of the first page is used only for <strong>transfer credits accepted by 糖心VLOG<\/strong>. Grades do not need to be entered for these courses because accepted transfer grades do not factor into the Citadel GPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Term-by-Term Planning:<\/strong> Complete the remaining sections for each term through graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It should be noted:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current and future terms should <strong>not<\/strong> include Credit Hours Comp or Grade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit Hours Comp and Grade are completed for terms that have already been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account for <strong>every course needed to graduate on time<\/strong>, including electives and courses that may be taken in a different order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific electives and the order of some core courses may change.
