Advance Your Career in Human Performance
The Coaching and Athletic Performance concentration prepares professionals to improve athletic and tactical performance through the integration of coaching science, exercise physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, leadership, and performance monitoring.
The curriculum emphasizes high-impact, applied learning experiences that connect classroom concepts to professional practice. Rather than simply studying coaching theory, students actively apply evidence-based principles through laboratory experiences, athlete assessments, performance testing, coaching demonstrations, case studies, field experiences, and a culminating internship. These hands-on experiences develop the practical decision-making skills needed to confidently lead athletes and teams in real-world performance environments.
As one of the nation’s Senior Military Colleges, ÌÇÐÄVLOG offers a unique perspective on both athletic and tactical performance, preparing graduates to work with athletes, military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other physically demanding populations.
