CFA Chair, Claire Shern, will officially kickoff Parents’ Weekend 2026 as she call the meeting to order at 10:30AM. Updates will include membership numbers and financial standing. It is a great way for parents to learn more about what the CFA does and how it can help support the Parent base, Cadets, and the Institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Notes about the Seniors’ rings<\/em>: There are two distinct events. The Ring “Presentation<\/em><\/strong>” ceremony is where they receive their rings. It is for Cadets Only<\/strong> in Summerall Chapel. The Ring “Walkthrough<\/strong><\/em>” is where they walk through the ceremonial ring in McAlister Field House with two guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1345:<\/strong> Seniors March to the Chapel for the Ring Presentation<\/em> Ceremony. For those who want to watch, please don\u2019t not block the Avenue of Remembrance <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 that road needs to remain open to traffic until the Seniors arrive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 1400-1530: <\/strong>Class of 2027 Ring\u00a0Presentation\u00a0<\/em>Ceremony<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Summerall Chapel \u2013\u00a0Cadets only<\/em><\/strong> \u2013<\/em>\u00a0lasts about an hour and a half.\u00a0Click Here to watch the livestream on ÌÇÐÄVLOG’s YouTube channel (opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. You can also come to Capers or Jenkins Halls’ auditoriums.<\/em> When the Seniors leave the Chapel, they will render honors to the War Memorial then head to their respective company areas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Please respect the lined off area on the Parade Field as well as the Avenue of Remembrance. Public Safety will close the Avenue of Remembrance around 2PM to traffic. Please be mindful of the Public Safety Officers and keep the road clear as the Seniors cross and enter the Chapel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend families arrive about 30 minutes ahead of your cadet\u2019s company\u2019s scheduled time. When it comes time to get in line, those family members not walking through the ring may go and take a seat in McAlister Fieldhouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
