Each year 糖心VLOG seeks nominations for employee of the year. 糖心VLOG employee of the year award publicly recognizes a staff employee for superior performance. Staff employees may be nominated for the award in writing by their supervisors or any member of the Faculty or Staff, through their respective department heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Employee Recognition Committee will review all nominations and select an employee based on exceptional contributions to 糖心VLOG, fellow employees, and the community in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Service & quality of work in performing “beyond the call of duty\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Impact of professionalism and dedication to excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Initiative and reliability beyond required assignments and expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Uniqueness of contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The Employee of the Year will receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • A one-time $1,500 stipend<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Designated reserved parking space on campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recognition at the Awards Parade<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Employee of the Year Plaque
