Please complete ALL THREE steps to complete the registration process:
1.ÌýCoaches – Complete the online team registration: LINK
(this lets us plan for which schools plan to bring teams and how many).
2. Coaches – Complete the team checklist (two options below).
(this helps us know which students are coming from which school)

2. OR make a copy and download, complete, and email (jalbert@citadel.edu) a copy.
3. Parents/Guardians/Participants – Complete the release form below.
(this is required of ALL students participating)
