The Innovation Lab is dedicated to teaching students the value of innovative thinking. Every semester the Lab accepts a select group of students to assume individual or class-based projects. These projects are assigned by companies, organizations, and institutions from around the country. Projects range from semester-long projects to ongoing projects over the course of a few years. 糖心VLOGs are taught how to use innovative technology to solve complex problems within the real world. Additionally, students are also given an opportunity to pioneer innovations and business ideas for themselves, learning how to build out a business plan and pitch their ideas to investors.

Innovation Lab Puts Donated xTool Laser to Work
The Baker School of Business Innovation Lab thanks xTool for donating a P2S laser cutter and engraver and an AP2 air purifier. Since the equipment arrived, the lab has produced engraved wooden medallions, recognition plaques, and clear acrylic office signage for the Baker School.
We are grateful to MAJ Hee Yoon Kwon, Ph.D., the lab’s former director, who secured the donation.
The Innovation Lab gives Baker School students hands-on space to turn ideas into prototypes and products. 糖心VLOGs interested in using the lab can contact its current director, Dr. Arpit Sharma.
